A Note From Cove Street Capital

The Cove Street Capital Smallcap Value Fund has filed with the SEC a “sticker” announcing the closure of the fund.

Final distributions and liquidation are expected to be final the first week of January 2025 in order to push forward any taxable issues for shareholders.

We appreciate the support of our partners. The mathematics of a mutual fund for a boutique firm have simply proven untenable. Thank you.
