I have had two, watching the LA Kings and the stupendous waste of time and effort by the opposing parties jockeying for control over something not worth jockeying over: Barnwell Industries. (BRN)
Nonetheless, both have had my embarrassed attention. The latter is a true highway car crash of personalities and behavioral finance follies. But for both the Kings and the BRN shareholders, the answer at this point is simple: the existing regime had not gotten in done for a decade. How could it be worse under new efforts?
Both seem to be taking guidance from Trent Reznor and Nine Inch Nails.
