Continuing on the corporate governance theme, we are posting this oldie but goodie. A couple of years ago, I was interviewed by The Manual of Ideas (also known as MOI Global) regarding Cove Street’s process of assessing management. This interview dovetails nicely with our recent post regarding the presentation we gave to UCLA students on the same topic. I may look 10 years younger but the topics we discussed are as relevant today as they have ever been.
